At this level, the focus is on the pure art of wedding design. I develop the entire creative concept and aesthetic narrative of the event — from the central idea to the full visual and sensorial expression of the wedding. Every element is conceived as part of a cohesive story: décor, lighting, entertainment, scenography, guest experiences, and overall atmosphere. Nothing is isolated; everything is intentional. The process culminates in the delivery of a complete Creative Deck, including hand-drawn sketches, rendered visualizations, and detailed technical descriptions that guide production, installation, and execution with precision. This service level is ideal for couples or planners seeking an exclusive wedding design concept and a strong artistic vision, with production and coordination carried out by their own trusted team.

In this format, the wedding design and creative concept remain entirely mine — preserving the Rui Mota Pinto creative signature — while the planning, management, and coordination are entrusted to one of my Assistant Wedding Planners, working under my direct artistic supervision. Yes. In order to maintain a high level of creative involvement, presence, and quality, I intentionally work with a limited number of projects each year. This ensures that every celebration receives the attention, care, and depth it deserves.
Do you offer fixed packages or standard pricing?
